1. Tell us about who you are and your journey to where you are now!

I'm a Southern California born and raised girl with a newly found Texas heart. My journey began when I decided to start creating opportunities for myself to provide value to others. Once I learned this was a passion of mine, I wanted to build a company where I could continue to do this. Coffee is a universal language that brings people together, just like love, so I wanted to build a community around that.

2. What is the mission of your brand? How does it empower women?

Love You, Mean It's mission is to build a community of like-minded individuals who aspire to grow, level up and become the best version of themselves. Our messaging empowers women to become stronger than their deepest fears and know that there is a community of people here who can help them do that! Our coffee in particular is a clean, smooth, organic roast that is naturally extra-caffeinated to give the extra clarity, focus and confidence we need to do just that.

3. How do you collaborate with women working towards a better world?

We empower women through our affiliate program for women who are in line with our company's mission and provide a quality message to their communities. We have also provided coffee as a donation for charitable raffle prizes.

4. What is the biggest challenge you’ve had to press through as a female entrepreneur and what are the steps you’ve taken to overcome it?

That's a really great question and I feel my answer is somewhat unorthodox. When I launched my company, my 4 year relationship also ended just weeks after. In today's times, we focus so much on being such strong, independent women, but the truth is, we all need someone. So when my foundation of support and love fell apart, I immediately felt the weight of everything I was carrying. I had also repositioned myself from working full-time to commission only so I could focus more on my business. There was a lot on my plate between growing my success and overcoming the challenges that naturally came along with that, and healing myself through a personal storm and the loss of a structural pillar in my life. In order to keep pushing through the storm I was weathering, I had to focus solely on the value-add of sharing my love and encouragement with my community and friends, because when serve others, we become stronger.

5. What advice would you give to a female entrepreneur in the beginning stages of launching her brand or business?

Know your WHY: Who are you trying to serve and what value are you trying to add? And secondly, but just as important, be able to visualize where you want to go with specificity and learn how to embody that vision today. Meaning,Ssee yourself already there and fully believe it is fully possible. These things are important and will keep you on track when you're hit with the many challenges along your journey, which are inevitable.

6. What sets your brand apart from others?

Our coffee and tribe for sure! We offer live life coaching with our partnership with BE-U Revolution, who's worked in the corporate sector for a decade. Additionally, our coffee is Organic, Direct Trade, and naturally extra-caffeinated with low acidity and a silky finish. The quality of our beans is very high along with the quality of life we inspire and support.
