She is humble about asking for help and finding a balance as a mom and wife in addition to running her business. You can explore the services she offers for your business here, but most importantly, read more below to learn about why she chose the path that she has!

  1. Tell us about who you are and your journey to where you are now!

I am Amanosi, a Military spouse, Mom, investor, entrepreneur and business strategist to in demand service based entrepreneurs seeking to grow profitable and sustainable businesses.

I started modeling almost 10 years ago and after a few years, when people who knew me started asking about teaching them how they too could become models, I took my first leap into entrepreneurship in the form of an amateur talent management agency. After that I have gone on to network with other leading entrepreneurs to help others build better businesses, yet it never occurred to me that helping others was my true passion.

After getting my bachelors in Microbiology, I applied for and got a job in an international cooperation where I served and managed local franchises of global brands, that experience further advanced my business skills, afforded me access to top level business trainings and after a few years at the Job, I quit to start my own pageant planning agency where I helped pageant owners plan their events. As that business was kicking off and we had gotten a few events under our belt, it became time to move halfway across the world to be with the love of my life.

My husband was at the time stationed in Germany and we had planned to start our family as soon as he was re-stationed in the US. So I had to leave the life I knew and moved to the US to start life afresh. This move shook me more than I expected and having to start life with no family, friends or network was the hardest thing I have had to do.

After months of trying to figure out what I needed to do that was going to fuel my vision for my life and also fit into the military lifestyle that demanded we pack up and move ever so after. That birthed the vision for Amanosi LLC. My mission is to help female entrepreneurs build businesses that affords them the lifestyle they crave and creates an impact to the world while making them profits and giving them the freedom to live on their terms.

2. What is the mission of your brand? How does it empower women?

One of the most vital values and mission of my brand is to help female entrepreneurs realize the power within them and harness it to build the life and business they dream off. I believe that we can have our desires and our biggest dreams are within reach if we would reach in the right direction so I help entrepreneurs bring that vision to life by providing them with unconventional strategies and unique blueprints so they can navigate their path to success with confidence and clarity.

When women realize the powerful forces that they are and have the strategies, support and resources to bring their dreams to life, it causes a ripple effect in the world and being able to start the spark that helps women do this is what my brand stands for.

3. How do you collaborate with women working towards a better world?

Message. More women need to hear the message that stirs their heart and causes them to take action, I enjoy collaborating with women whose mission aligns with mine and I collaborate with them to amplify our voices as we spread such life changing messages to more women.

Through meetups, online events and features, I have been able to work with other leading female powerhouses to spread the message of possibility with as many aspiring and new female entrepreneurs as possible.

When I work with my clients, it is to help them utilize the powers within them to build profitable empires.

4. What is the biggest challenge you've had to press through as a female entrepreneur and what are the steps you've taken to overcome it?

Having a fair enough balance between been a mom, a supportive wife, a present support system for my clients, a team lead to my team and power source for myself. It's a lot of hats I tell you, and finding the right amount of balance and setting just good enough boundaries has been tough but I have learned to ask for help when and where I need it and off course accepting and implementing the mindset shifts I needed was the most productive move in all the changes I have had to make. Some of these shifts include; Accepting that I can't be everything to everyone, I deserve the best, I do not know it all & letting those who know, do what they do best. Setting boundaries and appreciating an excellent support system.

5. What advice would you give to a female entrepreneur in the beginning stages of launching her brand or business?

What sets your heart on fire? What kind of entrepreneur do you want to be in 1 year? Get crystal clear on who you want to be and how you want to improve this world. Do a No detox to everything that doesn't look like that future, show up in consistency with how your future self would and trust that you have what it takes to be who you want to be.

6. What sets your brand apart from others?

My brand focuses on the future of our clients and provides them with the intelligent direction to get there. We provide unconventional strategies, differentiating marketing plans and basically help our clients zig while the world zags. We do not just help them elevate their brands and increase their profits, we go the extra mile by making sure we provide them with the tools, strategies and insights so they're still going strong even for years to come.
